Corrections
If a figure on this site is wrong or has gone out of date, this is the most useful thing you can send us. Point at the page and, if you have one, the source that contradicts us. We will check it, fix it, and move the last-checked date. The procedure is described on the methodology page.
If you want an introduction
Use the form at the bottom of any country page rather than emailing. It asks the five questions a buying agent needs answered before they can tell you whether they can help, which saves a round of correspondence. It is free, and how we are paid for it is set out in full on the about page.
If you are a buying agent or adviser
We are building a small list of independent buying agents, lawyers and advisers in Spain, Portugal, Greece and Cyprus. Independent means you work for the buyer and are not paid by the seller or the developer. Write to the address above with your regulatory status, your region, and what you charge the buyer. We will not list anyone we have not checked.
